The hotel has modern and clean rooms with personality, featuring a jetted tub that kept the family together. The service was welcoming, but housekeeping could be more thorough. A great location for shopping and dining but not sure if entirely value for money. Dining offers a nice selection but may have some cleanliness issues. Overall, a comfortable and unique stay experience.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room turned out to be larger and quieter than expected, with nice perks like earplugs, in-room coffee supplies, and even antibacterial wipes provided. However, the room was not as advertised on Booking and was pricier than anticipated. The service was exceptional, with staff who were incredibly helpful, polite, and charming, going above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience. The location was perfect for my needs, central to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with good aspects like wine tasting but disappointment with poor buffet options. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
